How to Return an Item
If you decide to return your order, you can do so within 90 days of receiving it. Please note that:
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Sweden (address provided by our support team).
• Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
Return Process:
1. Contact us first – Email support@ashtonandcarter.com and let us know whether you wish to return your entire order or just part of it.
2. Receive return approval & address – Our customer service team will confirm if your return is eligible and provide the correct return address (please do not return items to the sender’s address).
3. Pack securely – The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and safely packed to prevent damage in transit.
4. Ship your return – Send the package to the provided return address and keep your tracking number for reference.
5. Receive your refund – Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. To resolve the issue quickly, send an email to support@ashtonandcarter.com with:
• A clear photo of the damaged part of the product.
• A photo of the label and packaging on a flat surface for verification.
For defective products, we will send a replacement at no extra cost for the first issue. If the defect happens again, we will issue a full refund.
Important Notes
• Personalized or hygiene-related products (such as engraved items, underwear, or masks) cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations.
• Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
• Refunds will be issued only for the returned product’s value (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable).
